Service Cancellations

Presentsapresent provides consulting and styling services rather than physical products. If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation or service, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we will work with you to find a solution that is fair to both parties. Early cancellation allows us to offer the time slot to other clients and helps us maintain our scheduling commitments.

In cases of genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we may waive cancellation fees at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

Refund Policy

Refunds for cancelled services will be processed within 5-10 business days using the original payment method. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 7 days to discuss potential resolution options.

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. If you have concerns about a completed service, we will work with you to address the issue and find an appropriate resolution, which may include a partial refund, additional consultation time, or other remedies.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution. Credit card refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, while other payment methods may take longer.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time at no additional charge. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.

We understand that schedules can change, and we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests. However, last-minute changes can be challenging to accommodate due to our scheduling commitments to other clients.

To reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find an alternative time that works for both parties, subject to our availability.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full service fee will be charged and no refund will be provided.

No-shows prevent us from serving other clients who may have been able to use that time slot. We reserve the right to charge the full service fee for no-shows to compensate for the lost appointment time and scheduling disruption.

If you realize you cannot attend an appointment, please contact us immediately, even if it's less than 48 hours before the scheduled time. We may be able to work out an alternative arrangement.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person. Gift certificates expire 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Gift certificates make excellent presents for friends and family members who are interested in improving their personal style. They can be used for any of our services and can be combined with other payment methods if the service cost exceeds the certificate value.

If you have a gift certificate that is approaching its expiration date, please contact us to discuss extension options or to schedule your service before the expiration date.
