Consultations and services must be booked in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We understand that circumstances may change, and we will work with you to reschedule appointments when possible. However, last-minute cancellations impact our ability to serve other clients and may result in fees as outlined in our cancellation policy.
No-shows without prior notification will result in forfeiture of the service fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining our scheduling commitments.
Payment is required at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods as specified at the time of booking. All prices are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices for our services are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect services that have already been booked and paid for. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our cancellation and refund policies.
